With over 5,000 hours of coaching experience, Neil has worked with a diverse range of clients, from beginners in their 60s to professional athletes. His approach to training is rooted in simplicity, efficiency, and science, focusing on mastering the fundamentals, prioritising proper form and designing sessions tailored to each client’s specific goals.

As a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Olympic Weightlifting Coach, he also holds qualifications in Precision Nutrition (Level 1) and Advanced Stretching, along with various other CPD certifications. Rather than relying on rigid meal plans or transformation photos, he emphasises sustainable training and nutrition strategies that fit each individual’s lifestyle.

Understanding that every client has different preferences, Neil adapts his coaching style accordingly—providing detailed explanations for those who love the science behind training, while keeping things straightforward for those who prefer a more direct approach. His goal is to help clients reach their targets as efficiently as possible, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to maintain long-term success beyond their sessions.
